Rose Radford is a Business Strategist and Wealth Coach, former McKinsey Consultant and speaker. I asked her to join me on the podcast so we could discuss the evergreen webinar model instead of the more traditional launch cycle most entrepreneurs find themselves in. Join us as we talk about a different way to run your business!
Topics discussed in this episode:
- Rose’s take on an evergreen business model
- Strategies that Rose uses to sign at least one new client every week
- The importance of building true connections with your ideal client
- Finding a business model that works best for you, not just what “they” say you should be doing
- Sales as a contact sport
- A behind-the-scenes look into how Rose’s business looks logistically

Quotables:
Sales is a contact sport. I think sometimes it’s easy to forget that. And that contact does not include contact with yourself! If we’re not signing the clients that we want to, we’ve got to make more contact.
I think it’s really important to be able to empower yourself as an entrepreneur.
I have found that actually, the high-ticket client mentality doesn’t require a deadline to make a decision. Instead, your clients are more empowered in the decision-making process.
If somebody made a last minute decision, there’s a higher likelihood of that buyer’s remorse feeling and we don’t want that.
You get to run your business in a way that feels good to you, and there are more options than just launching if that doesn’t work for you.
